Abstract
This research was motivated by the low morals of students at SD Negeri 190 Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the following symptoms: There are students who disturb their friends while studying in class. There are some students who do not carry out the tasks given by the teacher. There are some students who are not polite when talking to their friends. There are some students who talk when the teacher explains the material in class. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in forming students' morals. This research was conducted at SD Neger190 Pekanbaru. With 2 Islamic religious education teachers as informants and 1 support teacher and 1 student, all informants were used as research samples and in collecting data the author used interviews and documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the analysis of data obtained from Islamic Religious Education Teachers, it can be concluded what efforts Islamic religious education teachers have made in forming students' morals and morals, the efforts made by teachers at SD Negeri 190 Pekanbaru, namely: the teacher provides familiarization with students,
