Abstract
Purchase services are one of the businesses that many people are involved in. One form of purchase service business today is K-POP merchandise purchase services. In this purchase service business activity, it does not always go well. Sometimes there are things that are not expected by either the entrustment service provider or the entrustment service user, such as breach of contract. The occurrence of breach of contract made by K-POP merchandise entrustment service providers or the owner of group order, makes consumers of K-POP merchandise entrustment services suffer losses. The problem in this research is how to provide legal protection for consumers in the event of a breach of contract in the K-POP Merchandise Entrustment Service Agreement via Group Order and how to resolve breach of contract made by the Entrusted Service Provider in the K-POP Merchandise Entrustment Service Agreement via Group Order. This research uses empirical legal research method, which is research that focuses on primary data or data obtained directly from the community as the first source through field research, such as observation, interviews or questionnaires. While this research is descriptive analytical, namely describing or providing an overview of the object of research in accordance with the research results obtained without justifying the research results. The results of this research show that: First, the protection provided by the LVFULLSUN group order is still weak, because the entrustment service agreement does not discuss consumer rights over the possibility of default, while in the Jastip by Dande group order the protection provided is complete, because the group order owner has fulfilled his consumer rights. Second, the settlement of the breach of contract in the K-POP merchandise entrustment service agreement through group orders is resolved in non-litigation or out of court. This breach of contract settlement is carried out by the entrustment service provider or group order owner by compensating consumers.
