Abstract
PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia is a company in the security services sector located on Jalan. Mount Kelabat No.76A in Pekanbaru City, Riau. outsourcing company or PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia, to deploy personnel in the field of security services through cooperation contracts. Compare that to security services, which often work through contracts with companies. By Dispora Riau, through a cooperation contract, security officers employed by third parties in outsourcing companies are the only parties who receive services from the company, namely PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia The main problem of this research is first, what is the form of employee responsibility for acts of default at PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia in Pekanbaru City? And secondly, what are the legal remedies for acts of default by PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia in Pekanbaru City? The research method used in this research is the sociological legal type, namely research carried out by looking directly at the field, with the main data coming from observations and interviews, while the nature of the research is descriptive, namely describing or providing an overview of field data. The first research results can be explained that the form of responsibility carried out by employees towards PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia, is given disciplinary sanctions and employees can be asked to correct mistakes or complete tasks that have not been fulfilled in accordance with the work agreement. The results of the second research explain that, PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia uses non-litigation or out-of-court settlement, with family negotiation and mediation, to handle cases of partial negligence committed by workers. Sanctions given by PT. Reswara Daksa Indonesia usually takes the form of a fine or wage deduction, in accordance with the agreed work contrac.
