Abstract

ntung, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of gross motor skills in students of SD Negeri 005 Banjar Guntung, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach using tests and questionnaires as instruments. The population and samples used in this study were 1st grade students of SD Negeri 005 Banjar Guntung, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 21 students. The test used by researchers is the Gross Motor Development Test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the percentage value of the TGMD-2 test results. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: Locomotor results of students aged 8-10 years are only on average with a value of 763.18% or are in good classification and others are below average and above average.
