Abstract

information regarding the implementation of Village Government in the Village Government book. Village Population Administration aims to record and register every resident who arrives, moves, dies, and is born. The implementation of population administration cannot be separated from Input, Process, Output, Outcome in achieving success in the implementation of population administration. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of village government, especially population administration in Kebun Lado Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of village government, especially population administration in Kebun Lado Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of the study on the Implementation of Village Government Administration, especially Population Administration in Kebun Lado Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency through four indicators show that the implementation of Population Administration has been implemented, however, population services xvii have not been implemented optimally, starting from services at the Village office to services through direct data collection in the community, so that many residents have not been recorded, and it is known that the village head has not cooperated with the RT in recording the number of immigrants, moving, deaths and births have not been recorded. However, the author suggests that the Kebun Lado Village Government provide optimal population administration services and cooperate with the RT/RW so that population data can be recorded comprehensively.
