Abstract
This study aims to analyze the capabilities of the government of Pandau Jaya Village in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). The capabilities of the village government are a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness and efficiency of village fund management, which aims to enhance development and community welfare. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the capabilities of the Pandau Jaya Village government in managing ADD still face various challenges, such as a lack of human resource capacity, suboptimal inter-institutional coordination, and a lack of transparency in fund management. However, several efforts have been made to improve these capabilities, such as training and increased community involvement. This study suggests improving the capacity of village officials through continuous training, enhancing inter-institutional coordination, and increasing transparency and accountability in fund management to achieve better village development goals.
