Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique in this study was to use the census method technique, namely taking the entire population as a sample. In this case the researcher took a sample of 60 employees by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 60 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results of the study showed that training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency.
