Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance (a case study at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pekanbaru). The population in this study was six twenty two employees. four employees. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used in this study is analysis using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a positive effect and significant to employee performance (a case study at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pekanbaru). The level of relationship between the two variables is in the large category, which means the ability of the variables of leadership and work motivation in explaining the variable performance is very good.
