Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Selasih Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were patients who had come to the Selasih Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The sampling technique used is the lemeshow formula approach method. The sample size was determined based on this method, namely 96 patients. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive quantitative analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Selasih Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. This proves that the higher the quality of the hospital's services, the higher the patient satisfaction
