Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on the performance of employees in the harvesting department at PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling method where the sample in this study were 40 respondents. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency
