Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Garuda Cyber Indonesia Pekanbaru City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of 30 company employees. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and a review of relevant literature. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, work environment variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance with an important value of 0.619. On the other hand, work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significant value of 0.001. Simultaneously, the two variables, work environment, and work discipline influence employee performance, as evidenced by a significant F value at the F <? level (0.001 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R-Square) value of 0.624 indicates that 62% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the work environment and work discipline variables, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
