Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study was 101 respondents with sampling using the purposive sampling method, the sample in this study was 59 respondents. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and to find out how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation in Indragiri Hulu Regency
