Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tandun, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this research is 36 teachers. Sampling used the saturated sample method so that the entire population was sampled, namely 36 teachers. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tandun, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency.
