Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Communication on Performance, to determine and analyze the effect of the Work Environment on Performance, to identify and analyze Communication and Work Environment together on Employee Performance at the Rumbai Health Center in Pekanbaru. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. An associative approach is an approach that uses two or more variables to determine the relationship or influence between one variable and another. The population in this study were 32 employees of the Rumbai Pekanbaru Health Center and the sample in this study were 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study used Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the hypothesis test show the relationship between variable X 1 (communication) and variable X 2 (work environment) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (performance) on employees at the Rumbai Pekanbaru Health Center.
