Abstract

Rumbai pesisir is one of the sub-districts in pekanbaru city that often experiences flooding.Geographically,rumbai pesisir District is at coordinates 00°21'35.32"-00°38'4.46" N / 101°18'20.41"-101°34'0.21" E / which is crossed by the siak river. the type of research used is quantitative descriptive with scoring and weighting data analysis methids and field methods in the form of observasition.results from processing and combining data on slope, land height,rainfall. so it was found that the flood vulnerability area was 18% in thr are in rumbai pesisir district which had a very vulnerable flood risk with an area of 45.18 km. meanwhile, 47% of the areas in rumbai pesisir district are vulnerable to flood risk with an are of 117,9 km. furthrmore,26% of the area in rumbai pesisir district is at risk of flooding which is somewhat vulnerable with an are of 65.26 km. abd 2% of the area in rumbai pesisir district is at risk of being non- vulnerable with an area of 5.02 km
