Abstract

This research is intended to analyse the performances of the agency of cooperative and SMEs of Bengkalis regency. The type of the research used is qualitative. Data collection methods used are documentation and interviews. The obtained data are in the form of agency of cooperative and SMEs of Bengkalis regency performance’s report 2020 and 2021. The result of this research shows that in 2020 of the economic ratio value's calculation of 88,83% claimed as economic, the result of this research shows that the effectivity ratio value's calculation of 94,59% claimed as ineffective, the result of this research shows that the efficiency ratio value's calculation of 113,32% claimed as efficient. in 2021, The result of this research shows that in 2021 of the economic ratio value's calculation of 86,87% claimed as economic, the result of this research shows that the effectivity ratio value's calculation of 131,69% claimed as effective, the result of this research shows that the efficiency ratio value's calculation of 109,96% claimed as efficient. Hence the agency of Cooperatives and SMEs of Bengkalis Regency in 2020 and 2021, as seen from the three elements, has fulfilled enough the principle of value for money.
