Abstract
HOP PEKANBARU ROFIFAH FADILLAH BAKRIS 195210529 This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Lakosa Coffee Shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, which is a component of nonprobability sampling. In this case the researcher took a sample of 96 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and (3) Partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction consumer.
