Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Emas Kemasindo Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of employees of PT. Tirta Emas Kemasindo Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 43 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart Pls analysis. The results showed that (1) Partially training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3). Simultaneously training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
