Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at UPTD health workers at Sungai Lala Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took part of the population as a sample by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 82 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
