Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of recruitment and promotion on employee performance at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took part of the population as a sample by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 119 samples. The method used is regression analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that, recruitment and promotion simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially recruitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partially promotion had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
