Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF PT BUMI SIAK PUSAKO BY FAHMI IMAN ZUL HAKIM 195210391 ABSTRACT This study aims to prove the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Bumi Siak Pusako. The respondents taken were 53 employees in the core department of PT Bumi Siak Pusako. Sampling in this study used stratified random sampling, while the data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis using the SEM SMART PLS 3.29 model. the results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Bumi Siak Pusako employees and work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of PT Bumi Siak Pusako employees. And together leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Bumi Siak Pusako.
