Abstract

This stidy aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment partially and simultaneously toward medical personnel performance in UPTD Batang Gansal Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were UPTD employees at the Batang Gansal Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, that is, not all populations were sampled, only those with the status of medical personnel. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of medical personnel, the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of UPTD medical personnel at the Batang Gansal Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
