Abstract

This research aims to develop a prototype of a non-invasive blood glucose measuring device based on the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and photodiode sensor. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that requires accurate and timely blood glucose monitoring. Conventional invasive methods are often uncomfortable for patients. This prototype is designed to measure blood glucose levels without taking blood samples, thus enhancing patient comfort. The system also integrates Telegram notifications for real-time and remote data monitoring. Testing results indicate that this device is effective and reliable for monitoring blood glucose levels, providing a more convenient and practical solution for diabetes patients.
