Abstract
A person's health can be monitored by measuring vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation and body temperature. A normal heart rate in adolescents ranges from 60-100 beats per minute. Abnormalities in heart rate can occur in two conditions, if the heart rate is less than 60 beats per minute it is called bradycardia, and if it is more than 100 beats per minute it is called tachycardia. Normal oxygen levels in humans range from 95% - 100%, and oxygen levels below this value are considered abnormal. Apart from the heart, body temperature is also an important indicator to determine a person's health status. Regular check-ups are necessary so that health is always monitored. Currently, many medical devices have been developed that can check a person's health status more effectively, such as heart rate monitors, oxygen levels in the blood, and body temperature. However, these tools generally still require manual operation and are difficult to monitor continuously, so the data generated is often inaccurate and cannot be used in real-time. To overcome this, a detection device using NodeMCU 8266 as a microcontroller that is connected to the Blynk mobile application for data visualization was made. This tool consists of MAX30102 and MLX90614 sensors to detect heart rate, oxygen levels, and body temperature, a buzzer to signal the movement of the sensor so that it emits sound and a 0.96" OLED screen to display the data. As a result, the designed tool has an average accuracy of 97% when used.
