Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the performance of UPTD health workers at the Sungai Lala District Health Center. Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Lala Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, that is, not all populations were sampled, only those with the status of health workers. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical staff at the Sungai Lala Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of medical staff at the Sungai Lala Community Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of medical staff at the Sungai Lala Health Center, Indragiri Hulu.
