Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of UPTD health workers at Sungai Lala District Health Center Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were employees of the UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Lala Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, that is, not all populations were sampled, only those with the status of health workers. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the Keja Ethos has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers at Sungai Lala Public Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers at Sungai Lala Health Center, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Work ethic and workload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of health workers at Sungai Lala Health Center, Indragiri Hulu.
