Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and trust on purchasing decisions in shopping online at Teamgold Ladies Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all consumers who shop online for goods or products at TeamGold Ladies Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely consumers who buy products online using the Lemeshow formula, namely 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that service quality and trust partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in online shopping at Teamgold Ladies Pekanbaru.
