Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of direct and indirect financial compensation on employee performance at the Pratama Bangkinang tax service office. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of the Pratama Bangkinang tax office employees in the field of supervision sections I-V, totaling 38 people by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 38 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously providing direct and indirect financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially providing direct financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially providing financial compensation indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance.
