Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of career development on the performance of civil servants at the PUPR Kuantan Singingi Office. The population in this study were all employees working in the PUPR office totaling 228 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, the sample taken was civil servant employees, totaling 94 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the PUPR Kuantan Singingi Office.
