Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and financial compensation on employee performance at PT Alfa Scorpii Tembilahan and Duri Branches. This study used a quantitative approach, the research data was collected from 109 employees at PT Alfa Scorpii Tembilahan and Duri Branches. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of work-life balance on employee performance, there is a positive effect of financial compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.
