Abstract
Leadership is needed by a leader in order to influence his subordinates or employees. There are various leadership styles that a leader can apply to his employees, one of which is Servant Leadership, which is a leadership that begins with sincere feelings that arise from a heart that wants to serve. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance at PT. Nadhira Napoleon Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey design. The sample used was 50 employees. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between servant leadership on employee performance. The ability of a leader to provide services in the form of attention to the needs, interests, dreams and hopes of those he leads will result in the level of achievement of work results from employees who will support services to the community to the fullest. Leaders who are more attentive, open and do not use their power in leading will affect the courage of employees to provide new ideas or ideas in completing tasks and employees will accept every consequence of the work they are doing, meaning with an open attitude and attention from the leadership.
