Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work life balance and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan.. This study used Purposive Sampling technique in sampling with Quantitative Descriptive method. Research data were obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests with the help of statistical programs SPSS ver. 25. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that Work Life Balance, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction are in the "excellent" category. The results showed that partially the variables Work Life Balance and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan. While simultaneously Work life balance and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan.
