Abstract

In article 1 number 14 of law no. 13 of 2003 concerning employment explains that: "work agreements are agreements between workers/laborers and employers or employers which contain working conditions, rights and obligations". In the explanation of the article above, the work agreement has 3 (three) elements that must be fulfilled in an employment relationship, namely wages, work and duties. Workers and companies must carry out work agreements and company regulations that have been agreed upon by the workers and companies. In company regulations and agreements it is not permitted to conflict with other laws or regulations that apply in Indonesia. Based on the background of the problem that the writer described above, the writer first determines how to implement remuneration for gas station employees at PT. Jaya Rokan Hilir Enterprises and Salary Payment Constraints Experienced by PT. Jaya Rokan Hilir Enterprises based on Law no. 13 of 2003. This writing, when viewed from the type of research, can be grouped into Sociological research conducted by survey, namely research directly to the research location using data collection tools in the form of interviews. Meanwhile, if viewed from its nature, this writing is descriptive, which means the research is intended to provide a detailed, clear and systematic description of the main research problems. Implementation of Remuneration for Gas Station Employees of PT. Usaha Jaya Rokan Hilir that PT. Jaya Rokan Hilir Enterprises has not provided a salary/wages in accordance with the regulations of the Rokan Hilir Regent, which is Rp. 3,009,416 (Three million nine thousand four hundred and sixteen rupiah) per month in Rokan Hilir Regency. The workers are only given a salary/wages of Rp. 2500,000, - up to 2,800,000, - not to mention the training workers are only paid Rp. 1800,000, -, and this of course makes that the rights of PT. gas station workers. Jaya Rokan Hilir's business has been neglected. Obstacles in Salary Payment Experienced by Gas Station Employees of PT. Jaya Rokan Hilir Enterprises based on Law no. 13 of 2003 that there is still a lack of PKWT worker position placement, general (supporting) skills, wages and benefits for PKWT workers, legal holiday rights and wages, interests of certain needs, lack of supervision from labor inspectors, and lack of public awareness of the law.
