Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations and work environment on the work ethic of Pekanbaru post office employees. The sample used in this research is 35 respondents. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and to find out how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that human relations and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of Pekanbaru post office employees.
