Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION AND NON-FINANCIAL MOTIVATION ON FREELANCE PERFORMANCE AT GEBU INDONESIA By: DEVI SAFITRI NPM. 195210210 ABSTRACT The research objective was to identify and analyze the effect of organizational communication and non-financial motivation on freelance performance at Gebu Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative methods and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research sample is 50 freelance employees at Gebu Indonesia. The research data is primary data which collects data using a questionnaire. This means that the better organizational communication, the better the performance of freelance employees, conversely, the less organizational communication, the lower the performance. Non-financial motivation influences the performance of freelance employees. This means that the better the non-financial motivation, the better the performance of freelance employees, conversely the less non-financial motivation, the lower the performance.
