Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation and work discipline on the performance of Café Batam Bakery employees in Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in sampling with a quantitative descriptive method. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires and direct interviews. The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the statistical program SPSS ver. 27. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that financial compensation, work discipline and employee performance are in the "good" category. The results of the study show that partially the financial compensation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Café Batam Bakery. While simultaneously Financial Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Café Batam Bakery employees in Tanjung Balai Karimun
