Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of SD IT Nurul Ilmi teachers. The population in this study amounted to 46 respondents and the sample used in this study used a census technique where the entire population was used as a sample, namely 46 respondents. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and to find out how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the work environment and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SD IT Nurul Ilmi teachers.
