Abstract
Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time resulting in poor linear growth disorders during the critical period and is diagnosed as height for age less than -2 standard deviations and mediation of child growth standards exceeding below the median length or height body. Monitoring of stunted babies so far carried out at the Limapuluh Community Health Center is still semi-computerized, namely using Microsoft Excel, with this method there are several obstacles, including recording the results of monitoring of stunted toddlers is not effective in terms of time, it takes quite a long time to record the data and is less efficient. in terms of energy, as well as errors in data management. The aim of this research is to build a stunting monitoring system for the nutritional growth of toddlers. This system can help posyandu officers in monitoring the stunting of toddlers, as well as monitoring the nutritional growth of toddlers.
