Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Profit Margin as measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Assets Turnover as measured by Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Leverage as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR) to the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR). The population in this study are companies that are included in the service sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data used in this study are in the form of financial reports for service companies from 2017 to 2021. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used which was then processed using the SPSS version 25 application tool. The research results obtained indicate that the Profit Margin has an effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate. Assets Turnover has no effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate. Leverage affects the Sustainable Growth Rate. Liquidity has no effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate.
