Abstract
Assets are goods or things that have economic value, commercial value or exchange value owned by agencies, organizations, business entities or individuals. Asset management is the process of organizing, planning, and supervising the purchase, use, maintenance, repair, and elimination of physical assets to optimize the potential of service delivery. SMK Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi realizes that manual inventory efforts are very inefficient because they require a lot of effort and time. In addition, problems often arise such as difficulties in carrying out complex calculation operations such as depreciation calculation and asset value calculation. Other divisions cannot access asset management information because Excel files are not distributed and are only owned by the Facilities and Markets section.
