Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect Good Corporate Governance and Business Strategy on Performance Finance in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Registered at Indonesian Stock Exchange In this case the research took sample of food and beverage ssub-sector companies listed in the indonesia stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period uses the purposive method sampling and obtained as many as 17 sample companies. Which method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research result show that Managerial Ownership has no significant effect on financial performance (ROA). Institutional Ownership has no significant effect on financial performance(ROA). Emp/sales has no significant effect on financial performance (ROA). Market has no significant effect on financial performance (ROA). PPEINT has a significant effect on financial performance (ROA).
