Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze product quality, price, promotion, and location on consumer satisfaction at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Transmart, Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative research based on field studies. The population in this study are consumers at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Transmart, Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used non- probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or distributed to customers via the Google form link. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that product quality, price quality, promotion quality and place quality had a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Transmart, Pekanbaru.
