Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction at the Ukui Health Center, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The sampling technique in this study was to use a saturated or census sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of all employees of the Ukui Health Center, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency by distributing questionnaires to employees, totaling 131 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and (3) Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
