Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on increasing morale at PT. Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru. Sampling used the purposive sampling method where the sample in this study was 30 respondents. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was to test the inner model, r-square, test the hypothesis using Smart-PLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that giving incentives has a positive and significant effect on increasing morale at PT. Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru.
