Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of SMA and SMK PGRI Pekanbaru teachers. This study used a quantitative approach, the research data was collected from 83 teachers at SMA and SMK PGRI Pekanbaru. Partial least squares (PLS) are used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there was a significant positive effect of the work environment on teacher performance, there was a positive effect of workload on teacher performance, there was a positive and significant effect simultaneously on teacher performance.
