Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at bank BNI Cabang Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study was to use the census method technique, namely taking the entire population as a sample. In this case the researcher took 35 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously work stress and workload have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially work stress has a significant effect on employee performance and (3) Partially workload has a significant effect on employee performance.
