Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Democratic Leadership Style, Education and Training on the performance of employees of PT. Subur Arum Prosperous. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. In this case the researcher took a sample of 100 people with a random sampling technique and distributed questionnaires to the employees, totaling 100 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously Democratic Leadership Style, Education and Training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially Democratic Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially Education and Training had an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance.
