Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Asset Quality, Efficiency, Profitability and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Sustainable growth rates. The population in this study are all sectors of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. By using a purposive sampling technique, the final sample used was 41 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression analysis with the EVIEWS 10 application tool. The results showed that all independent variables simultaneously had an effect on the sustainable growth rate. Partially, liquidity, asset quality, and capital adequacy ratio have a negative and significant effect on SGR. While profitability has a positive and significant effect on SGR.
