Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Masuba Citra Mandini Pendalian IV Koto The population in this study were all employees of PT Masuba Citra Mandiri Pendalian IV Koto. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS. The result of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant employee performance at PT Masuba Citra Mandiri Pendalian IV Koto
