Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using Return ON Investment (ROI) and Residual Income (RI) analysis in the 2019-2022 period. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the company's annual financial reports. The sampling technique using purposive sampling was taken as many as 20 companies. Data analysis used is the Independent sample T-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the ROI and RI approaches. Analysis using the ROI approach shows a positive value under fluctuating conditions. The company that creates the highest ROI is PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. Analysis with the RI approach shows that conditions are quite good where values are always positive with fluctuating growth. The company with the highest RI is PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk
